The details submitted through the form — name, email address, phone number if provided, inquiry type, and message content — will be used only to respond to the inquiry and review the possibility of engagement. Providing the details is voluntary; without a name, email address, and message, the form cannot be submitted. There is no marketing mailing list and no transfer of information to third parties for marketing purposes. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals such as IP address and browser data to detect and prevent automated use. After verification, the inquiry is delivered to me by email through Resend, which processes the email address, metadata, and message content for delivery. Information may be processed outside Israel in accordance with these services' policies. Please do not send sensitive information or confidential documents through the form. Tax-refund questionnaire

The tax-refund questionnaire collects the details and answers you choose to provide for an initial review of a possible tax refund. Its content receives an additional layer of encryption before being stored in Cloudflare D1 in the European Union, and an organized copy of the answers is delivered to the office email through Resend for handling the inquiry. These providers process the information to operate and secure the service and deliver it to the office. Completing and submitting the questionnaire is not a filing with the Israel Tax Authority and does not guarantee eligibility or a refund amount. If the inquiry does not become a client engagement, the questionnaire database record will be retained for up to 90 days from submission and then deleted.
